Add Hp Laser Printer
I can’t find the software for my HP laser Jet 4 on my operating system Windows XP 2002?
I am running a windows Xp version 2002. The problem started when I tried to iupgrade to service pack 2. The installation could not complete after many trial. Had to reintall my former version. After installation, i could not install HP laser Jet 4 on the add printer wizard. When I tried, I saw “Unable to find any driver for this device. Consult your printer documentation for compatable software” I bought the printer many years ago. I can’t seem to find the documentation any longer. I have tried HP website but could not find the software for my specific printer Laser jet. How do I make this printer work with my system? My sysem is Pentium 111, 800MHZ , 240 Mb of Ram.
use the driver disk that mustve come with the printer.
