I have a Dell 1320c laser printer can not print WordPerfect files. Help!? (Take 2)?

EXTRACT original question (published a while) I have a Dell 1320c laser printer here at work, and I love it except that it will not print WordPerfect files …. If you need to print something WP format is usually just convert it to a PDF file, which prints very well … I've looked at Dell.com and Corel.com and I can not seem to find any review. I forgot to say what happens when I try to print. Dialog box appears that says: "The document page size is set to a custom form which may not be compatible with this printer driver. If you incur problems with the document page size to the printer defined sizes. "I tried all the contortions to set the page size (8.5×11 which is standard), but nothing has worked. One thing to note is that before this printer HP had a (white and black), and got the same message. Difference was, I hit enter and printed, while the Dell blinking out "of paper "light and have to cancel the job manually. Ideas? Thanks!

Check the paper tray from the printer, the paper guides next to the usually tell the printer what size paper you have. the two are rules A4 (Europe) and "demand" for U.S. Make sure this is set to the paper you use Open the printer folder, right click the printer driver select Properties If you have an "advanced" tab, open that, then "Default printer" or similar. Check for a paper size option there, to coincide with the paper in the printer. Click "Apply" and then come right back to the top of the driver tab, click "Printing Defaults" on it, and verify that it matches the last adjustments made. Now go back to WP (Close and reopen) and check that coincide with the controller and printer. If that still does not work, message me through EXACT Yahoo's message in the printer driver /. Also when the driver, click print test page "if the most likely is that you print a WordPerfect environment to verify, if it does, it's a driver setting
