HP is one of the oldest manufacturers still in the printer business, and their printers have been considered among the best. Is this correct, however, or people well just assume that because his name is so familiar?

In one category, HP tends to be one of, if not the best print quality in comparison to the competition. Much of the reason is the technology they put in their cartridges.

Most HP ink cartridges include not only the ink, but also the print head. The print head is the component on a printer that actually sprays the ink on paper. In most other brands of printers, the printhead is part of the printer itself rather than the cartridge.

During a period of time as the printer is used more and more, the print head can begin to deteriorate and the print quality may suffer because of it. Finally, This printhead wear out and need replacement. In most cases, replacement head costs as much or more to buy a new printer every so at this point the printer often gets thrown out and replaced.

By placing the printhead in the cartridge of the same, HP avoids this problem head underway. In the course of months or years, the print quality will remain more or less the same as when the printer was new, because every time the ink is replaced, making it the print head.

There are a couple of drawbacks to this system, however. The first is that the cartridges tend to be slightly more expensive than some of competition. Each time you change the ink you have to pay a little more, but this additional cost will be even when you think it eventually would have to pay to repair or replace most other brands.

The other downside to the HP system is that the cartridges do not usually work very well when they are completed. Due to which the head is part of the cartridge and is not designed to last beyond the expected life of the ink, which can be performed if the empty cartridge is reused.

You're usually safe with a single recipe, but after completing once is hit or miss as to whether it will encounter problems.
