What is the best photo quality inkjet printer available?
I’m a fan of epson but the durabrite inks don’t print very glossy. Anyone have any recommendations?
I am looking for high quality resolution, contrast and color quality. Thanks.
Problem solved. First I bought a NX105 which had Durabrite ink. The problem was that the ink saturated down into the paper and the Glossy Illford Galleria paper I was using became flat and dull where the image was. That was very dissapointing since I love glossy photos. I since returned it and bought an RX595 for $129 which has the Claria Hi Def ink. Not only are the images glossy they are beatiful! Fantastic resolution and color tones. I highly recommend the Claria ink over the Durabrite. Also – The Claria has (6) cartridges versus (4)CMYK on the NX105. These basically are the two technologies Epson is now selling. If you like your photos then go with the Claria technology as suggested below. Thanks. Current as of 2-18-09.
